A Danish teak bedside table designed by Severin Hansen Jr. for Haslev Møbelsnedkeri in the late 1950s. Model 35 features Hansen's distinctive three-way mitred joints, where the tapered legs meet the tabletop, creating an uninterrupted geometric profile. A discreet drawer is integrated into the apron, with a woven cane shelf below providing additional storage and a contrasting natural texture.
 
Born into a family of cabinetmakers, Hansen joined Haslev in 1957 and developed a collection of tables and desks distinguished by their precise joinery and restrained proportions. His designs reflect the Danish cabinetmaking tradition of the postwar period, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern forms.
