All purchases are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or significantly differs from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will review your case and work to resolve any issues promptly.

To shop with us, explore our collection, select the items you wish to buy, and click “Inquire to Purchase."

Shipping quotes for our vintage and antique items are provided on a per-item basis. To receive a shipping estimate, please inquire about the specific item you are interested in. Once you confirm your order, we will calculate the shipping cost and include it in your final invoice before processing your payment.

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment via wire transfer. All transactions are processed with security in mind.

7. Is it possible to cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please reach out as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, changes cannot be made.

8. What should I do if my item is damaged during shipping?

We carefully package all items to minimize the risk of damage. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs for verification. It is important that any damage to the packaging is photographed as well. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

9. What should I know about your vintage items?

Our collection consists of vintage pieces, each with its own history. Because these items have been previously owned, they may exhibit signs of age and usage. Unless otherwise noted, we take great care to clean and inspect all items to confirm they are in good working order. However, it is natural for these pieces to display characteristics like minor scratches, subtle discoloration, or other imperfections that reflect their unique past. As such, all items are sold “as is” and described with all existing faults.

If you have any inquiries regarding the condition of a particular item, we encourage you to reach out to us via email, phone, or in person. While we strive to provide comprehensive descriptions and clear photographs, we are always happy to supply additional details or images if needed.

Please note that any information provided about our items—whether spoken or written—is intended for your guidance and does not serve as a warranty. We cannot assure the durability of vintage goods, as some items are considered artistic expressions or historical artifacts rather than standard functional items. Therefore, we consciously refrain from making alterations for regular use.
